Due to really fowl weather, the gang and I stayed at our camp lakeside in Abashiri another day. We are camping on Abashiri Lake (our tents are only about 3 meters [roughly 10 feet] from the water!) in Abashiri Quasi-National Park.
For BREAKFAST we had Ramen noodle soup with sea weed and Fu, prepared by Ai chan.
In this picture, you're looking at our LUNCH. Lunch consisted of rice and DELICIOUS Potato Salad A LA Hojo san. Hojo san grew the potatoes and onions that went into this dish, in his HATAKE (vegetable garden) back in Osaka. Thank you so much for a very yummy and special meal Hojo san!
