Taichi (in the front with Bill), Hiro (in pink next to Atsuko), and her sister Kiyo (on the right) were English students of mine for almost the entire duration of my stay in japan. And what GREAT students they were!
Now Taichi is studying in a specialized university to be a Grand Staff Member with the Airlines.
Hiro isn't quite sure just what the future has in store for her, but in the meantime, she's enjoying Yosakoi Dance, riding unicycle, and practicing Shami Sen (Japanese string instrument).
Kiyo enjoys all of these activities too, and in addition loves basketball. She dreams of working for Pixar one day as an animator!
Taichi, Kiyo, and Hiro, along with their mom's, treated Atsuko and I to lunch at a Japanese-style restaurant. There I enjoyed my FAVORITE food - SUSHI!
You are great people and I wish each and every one of you a very very happy future, no matter what you do!
