Hey Adam!
You'd absolutely love it here this time of year Adam. Give it a couple of weeks and it even gets better. The (tanbo) rice fields will be filled with water and young, brilliant green rice plants will be covering vast expanses. The rice paddies become wetland oasises for all kinds of frogs, birds, turtles, snakes, snails, insects and more! It's an awesome thing to behold. One minute a brown barren field, the next a green pool of life.
