The winter here is COLD! At least compared to my hometown, where we don't see a lot of snow.
It is 28F right now. It was 8F a week ago!
We paid $450 just a month ago for oil to heat up the house, and we just paid another $560. We don't spend luxuriouslly, not like in T-shirts and half pants all the time in the house. And WHY?!
Anyway, we decided to try even harder to save oil.
I turned the heater down and let Zoe and Jiji cuddle up to keep each other warm.
They don't question why the house got chilly all of sudden!
こんなに頑張ってお金のセーブをしてるっていうのに（外食率はほぼゼロ。私は100％弁当持参、ビルは昼支給など）家を暖めたりお湯を作るためのオイル代が高すぎる！1ヶ月前にタンクいっぱいにオイルを入れたかと思ったら、またまた空になってしまった。年がら年中、家中を半そで・短パンでいれるくらい暖かくしてるわけもなく、家にいない間や就寝中は温度を落として設定してるし、寒ければ服をもう一枚着ればいいという体制でいるのに！早く冬が終わって欲しい！！既にないお金が続かない。困った。
ということで、ゾーイとジジたちにもその被害は及ぶわけで・・・。
二人仲良くタオルの下で昼寝をしてもらった。お互いの体温で暖かいらしく、快適な様子。
They love each other so much. Each got different personalities, but when they are together, it is just one big black fluff.
仲のいい二人は昼寝をするのも一緒。結果的には一人がもう一人の上に体重をかけたりすることで、ケンカ別れするけど。
They love their toys and can be possessive, which can lead to a nasty fight!
これは自分のーーー！とおもちゃの取り合いになります。その後、取っ組み合いのケンカになってしまいます。
基本的には大の仲良しやけどね。

They remind me of Jiji from "Kiki's delivery Service." I LOVE black cats!
Yes, Irene! I (Atsuko) named one of our cats, JIJI, after JIJI from "Kiki" We got him the same red collar, just like in the movie... My cousin gave me a stuffed animal of JIJI (as one of very few stuffed animals I've ever owned), and now the kittens are holding him hostage and hid him somewhere in the house, which Bill witnessed...
